Step 1

Walter goes to Wander Ready in search of some new hiking apparel, but is intrigued by the display of subscription boxes. After talking to a sales associate about the subscription boxes, he decides to do some additional research on different plans and products included to ensure that it is a worthwhile purchase.

Step 2

As Walter considers purchasing a subscription box, he browses the options online to see which plan is right for him. After choosing a subscription box plan and selecting his desired products, Walter decides to pick them up in-store so he can browse other merchandise.

Step 3

Walter opts to pick-up his subscription box that he ordered online in-store. This option works well and is convenient for Walter because he was already in town for a carpentry gig. In addition to picking up his subscription box, Walter purchased a new fleece jacket that caught his eye in a store display.
